Job Description: BMK Secure Solutions, LLC is seeking personnel to provide acquisition services, including Program Management, Financial Management, Administrative, Data Management, and Security support, to programs in the Cryptologic and Cyber Security Systems Division (HNC). These positions will be located in the San Antonio, TX area.

Responsibilities for these positions will include the following:

Program Management Support

Individuals providing this type of support must have knowledge of the principles, policies and practices of DoD and Air Force systems acquisition and program management.  Individuals must have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing with clear and concise accuracy.  Individuals must have knowledge of business, industrial management, basic contracting procedures to evaluate contractor proposals and activities and to be able to input into acquisition documents.  Individuals must have knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of weapons/C2 acquisition programs, throughout the development, production and deployment lifecycle. Individuals must have the knowledge to assess and communicate whether programs are within schedule and cost baselines; be able to recommend viable solutions to problems and recommend effective, alternative strategies and courses of action. 

Minimum Experience Requirements: 4-7 years of acquisition program management experience (various levels).

Financial Management Support

Individuals providing this type of support must be able to assist, prepare, develop and deliver documents in support of a variety of financial management activities to include Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Executing (PPBE), Program Types (U.S., FMS, etc.) and tracking data, IAW all current and future fiscal and appropriation law and policy such as but not limited to DOD 7000.14-R, Vols. 1, 2 & 3; Air Force Instructions (AFI) 65-Series and AFMCI 65-603. Individual must be able to apply knowledge of financial management and accounting functions, processes, and analytical methods and techniques to gather, analyze, evaluate and present information required by the program office and its customers. Individuals may be required to prepare program reports and financial documentation.  Individuals will also need to provide recommendations and draft solutions to problems relating to improved financial management effectiveness, work methods, financial systems, and procedure efficiency.  Individuals will help the program office draft or maintain program budgets and other financial tracking documentation.  Individuals will apply knowledge to, rely upon and use automated management information systems in performing fact finding, analytical, and advisory functions. 

Minimum Experience Requirements : 4-7  years financial management experience, 2 of which must be in defense acquisitions (various levels). 

Administrative Support

Individuals providing this type of support can provide a wide range of administrative services to the customer.  These services could include basic administrative support to an organization that results in specific deliverables such as formatted correspondence, finalized reports, equipment accountability reports, and completed briefings.  Individuals must be able to apply proper style and format to draft products to reflect specific needs of the customer.  Individuals must also have skills in applying widely used government software and familiarity with standard government operating capabilities such as MS Office, SOCCER and SharePoint. Individuals will coordinate, document, monitor, and support a variety of meetings and conferences, including physical as well as virtual meetings.  In addition to the basic administrative support activities described above, individuals may also be required to support more advanced activities such as Disaster Preparedness Management Support and assisting the Government with planning for and implementation of improvements in Information Technology (IT) business needs. Senior level administrative support specialists will be required to provide a multitude of analysis with increased responsibilities.  This support includes staff support for the senior managers and members of the organizational staff.  These individuals will be researching, compiling and communicating information pertaining to high-visibility projects and initiatives. 

Minimum Experience Requirements: 1-10 years of administrative support experience (various levels).

Security Management Support

Individuals providing this type of support will provide technical security services to support development, acquisition and sustainment of weapon systems, subsystems, and associated support systems, assisting with program protection planning including defining the methods and actions needed for the protection of a system throughout its lifecycle.  Individuals will assist with implementation of Information Security, Industrial Security, Personnel Security, Communications Security, Resource Protection, Force Protection, and Anti-Terrorism programs. Individuals must have knowledge of program protection, technology control, system security engineering and related DoD and Air Force Instructions (DoDIs and AFIs).

Minimum Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of work experience, including 1-2 years experience in a government or contractor security environment (various levels).

Data Management Support

Individuals providing this type of support will assist Configuration Management with review of all plans and actions taken to ensure adherence to management policies and practices.  Individuals must be able to prepare factual, clear, concise, complete and appropriately coordinated written communications.  Individuals must also have experience applying widely used government software and familiarity with standard government operating capabilities such as MS Office, SOCCER and SharePoint.  Individuals must be able to analyze complex organizational usage of existing database programs and develop assessments of data management requirements. 

Minimum Experience Requirements: 2-5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in data management (various levels).

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

These positions require U.S. citizenship and a clearances ranging from Secret to Top Secret / SCI.

Physical Requirements: Work may involve standing, walking or sitting for extended periods.  May require lifting and carrying of up to 25lbs.  Must have sufficient mobility to enter areas of manufacturing and military sites or facilities where necessary.

AttendanceRegular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical.
